To which country does this flag belong?

Ecuador

The flag of Ecuador consists of three horizontal stripes - yellow, blue, and red. The widest stripe, yellow, symbolizes gold, wealth, and the wheat fields, while blue represents the ocean and clear sky, and red the blood shed for independence. The coat of arms, located in the center of the blue stripe, reflects the geographic features and sovereignty of Ecuador. This flag shares its colors with those of Colombia and Venezuela, in tribute to their shared history as part of Gran Colombia.
